There is nothing worse than a little man, with a Napoleon Complex.
Commander Louie Tovar is with the Phoenix Police. He was with Family Investigations Bureau (FIB). Louie is a little man with a Napoleon Complex.
While with FIB, Louie Tovar never bothered to learn how to use the new phone system the Phoenix Police Department installed in 2007. It is Louie’s ineptitude and stupidity that helped launch this website.
After leaving a voice message for a citizen, Louie ineptly left the speaker phone on, thinking he had hung up. He had speaker phone on while speaking to his staff Sandra Renteria and Brandon Huntley about a citizen he just left a message for.
All of the recordings came from a cell phone and are accompanied by a notarized document for authenticity.
This first recording is Louie telling his staff to keep this citizen from going to his boss, chief Jack Harris. He states how he needs to get this citizen "off his ass" and "what a problem" they have become, but not to "do it now."
You see in Louie’s arrogant world, citizens can't point out major mistakes to dumb cops. Louie Tovar didn’t like be pointed out for the buffoon he really is and what a true assclown he is.
Here's the transcript since it is difficult to understand.
"So you have to be wary of the fact there...he'll ask these same questions of Chief Harris and will turn around and say, Why can't we make him a Subject? It's about getting this guy off our ass...Right? That's the problem, {Right!} That's the problem. And I'm not saying do it now....Right now its pretty much a..."
We find that these guys love to maliciously prosecute people and even investigate their own officers with little or no merit.
Here is yet another recording of Louie Tovar, referring to the same citizen as a dickweed for questioning Louie and his authority.
The next day Louie Tovar’s henchmen indicted this poor citizen on a crime that was dismissed with prejudice because there was no evidence to support the crime! They used their power as cops to retaliate against someone for speaking out and demanding that they do their jobs right! They lied to a Grand Jury, had no evidence, but proceeded anyway to destroy an honest law abiding citizen’s name and reputation.
If you don't believe there is corruption in the Phoenix Police Department, just listen how behind closed doors Louie Tovar and his staff, refer to dealing with people in Phoenix as "a fucking game."
We are so glad and feel so comforted that commander Louie Tovar of the Phoenix Police Department thinks that his job is "a game" and every time someone in the community calls and questions him, we automatically become "dickweeds."

You can clearly here the cackling hen, Sandra Renteria affirmation of, "Yeah" agreeing with him.

Louie has his own dirty little secret that we eventually exposed. Louie Tovar has a few brothers who are cops in the Phoenix PD. It appears when Louie’s own son was interested himself in becoming a cop, during the interview a little family secret emerged. Louie’s son admitted to molesting his younger cousin – the son of another cop! Naturally the Phoenix PD did nothing about it and tried to sweep it under the rug…that is until we found out about it.
This son also eventually went on to molest his girlfriend’s younger sister.
Geez…we wonder what was going on in the Tovar household?
We wonder if Louie Tovar thinks we are a dickweed for exposing his dirty family secret? Statistics show that people molest children for a reason…sometimes because they themselves were molested.
One of Louie Tovar’s closest friends on the Phoenix PD was Detective Mike Polk. Louie and Mike used to trade all sorts of emails with each other. Mike Polk was eventually arrested for having kiddie porn on his computer. We wonder if Louie Tovar was a party to this or is it just coincidence.
A complaint against Louie Tovar and FIB was filed with the Phoenix Police Professional Standards Bureau (FIB - their Internal Affairs) in August of 2007, mentioning these recordings and threatening comments made by Louie Tovar. Two months later a letter was sent stating that a "thorough investigation was conducted" and they found nothing wrong, or any wrong doing by Louie, Sandra Renteria or Brandon Huntley without so much as calling the citizen or requesting the recording.
AZ PLEA (the Phoenix PD’s Union) even requested their own investigation into Louie Tovar when they found this site and heard the recordings. No investigation was done.
So…this site was started. We think they are regretting they’re decision and wished they investigated and fired Louie Tovar.
Sources tell us that Louie Tovar and his wife are devastated by this site, this blog and our revelation that his own son is a child molester. Louie has gone so far as to deny that it’s his voice in those recordings and somehow we altered or created those recordings with his voice.
Our commentary is we don’t give a hoot about Louie and can only hope he drowns in a vat of wet cement for being a dirty rogue cop and rearing (pun) a child molester in our community.
